Willow Cottage 

  • 5 premier rooms
  • Located in a separate self-contained grade II listed building adjacent to the main hall
  • First floor accommodation has no lift access, 3 ground floor rooms
  • Private parking outside the accommodation

 

Royale Rooms

  • 6 Royale rooms located in the Grade II listed main hall
  • All rooms are on the first-floor accommodation via two staircases. Royale 5 and Royale 6 have 5 steps down to access of rooms.
  • No lift access.  

Garden Lodges 

  • 20 rooms with separate lounge areas and floor-to-ceiling windows set among the rich foliage located a short walk outside from the main facilities. 
  • Super-sized bed with a large shower and a patio 
  • 5 Garden lodge rooms  (no lounge), with the opportunity for an interlocking door to a suite. The interconnecting doors are located within the next Garden Lodge Suite. Eg. Garden Lodge 8 room, interconnects with Garden Lodge 9 Suite.

Premier Chalets & Suites

  • 36 Premier rooms with patio area, located a short walk outside near the pool, restaurants and music venue
  • 28 Premier Suites (with separate lounge areas). Patio area.

And if you're looking for something extra special, every night you'll find something new on the chef's specials menu, giving you even more to choose from.

From the A12

  • Follow the A12 from London and continue through to Lowestoft
  • At Lowestoft Bridge the A12 becomes the A47
  • Once past Lowestoft continue on the A47 for approximately 3 miles until you approach a large roundabout
  • Continue over the roundabout and at the brow of the hill turn right into Gunton Avenue
  • Gunton Coastal Resort is situated at the very end.

From the A1(M) / M1

  • From the A1 (M)/M1 follow the A47 towards Great Yarmouth
  • Continue on the A47 past Great Yarmouth for approximately 8 miles
  • At the end of the dual carriageway take the 2nd exit of the large roundabout
  • Take the first turn on your left into Gunton Avenue
  • Gunton Coastal Village is situated at the very end.
