Subject to the terms and conditions below, the ‘Even More Included’ offer is for the four free extras listed below when making a new booking on selected 2024 breaks for 2 nights or more. The offer starts at 9am on Monday 5th August 2024 and ends at midnight on Wednesday 14th August 2024. The free extras are: (i) a free upgrade; (ii) free Warner Holiday Protection for two; (iii) one free 75cl bottle of prosecco; and (iv) £50 per room (£25 per person) hotel spending credit (worth over £200 in total based on the average price of upgrades). The free extras are subject to availability and cannot be exchanged for cash, equivalent or any alternative.

Free Upgrade: Subject to these terms and conditions, when booking a Standard Room no cost will apply to the upgrade to a grade above a standard grade room. The nature of upgrade will vary by the Hotel or Coastal Village selected, and the upgrade will be to one of: a Signature Room, Premier Chalet, Woodland Lodge (Lakeside), Castle Room (Studley Castle), Deluxe Room (Heythrop Park). Room upgrades are subject to availability and no alternative upgrade can be offered once sold out. This free upgrade offer does not apply to bookings for room grades other than a Standard Room. Supplements apply for single occupants and if you wish to book a higher grade room other than as set out above.

Free Warner Holiday Protection for Two: Free Warner Holiday Protection for two people is only available for breaks starting more than seven days from the date of booking. Warner Holiday Protection terms apply as stated online here.

£50 Spending Credit: A total of £50 spending credit per room (£25 per person) will be added to your room account and deducted from your final invoice for all 3 and 4 night breaks. This will be doubled to £100 (£50 per person) for 7 night breaks. This will be halved to £50 (£12.50 per person) for 2 night breaks. Single occupants will receive half the per room spending credit. The spending credit: (i) can only be used on-site at the hotel where you are staying; (ii) can be used against the cost of food and drink and spa treatments; (iii) cannot be used against the purchase of future breaks, newspapers, tobacco, experiences such as demos, activities, excursions, or other third-party activities such as falconry; and (iv) expires on the last day of your break and cannot be transferred to another break nor exchanged for cash.

The offer does not apply to 1 night breaks, Christmas and New Year breaks and breaks at The Runnymede on Thames. The offer: (i) applies to new bookings only and cannot be applied retrospectively nor price matched; (ii) cannot be combined with any other offer or discount other than the multi-book bonus, cheapest ferry guaranteed and seven-night saving offers (iii) is subject to promotional availability; (iv) is only applicable on bookings up to 19 people; and (v) cannot be used on bookings with group benefits or bookings made through coach and travel operators. Supplements apply for single occupants. Warner Hotels reserve the right to change, remove or add breaks throughout the promotional period and withdraw any offers without prior notice.
