Aimie Atkinson

Aimie Atkinson first gained widespread recognition for her role as Katherine Howard in the original West End cast of Six the Musical, a groundbreaking retelling of the stories of Henry VIII's wives. Her portrayal earned her a nomination for Best Actress in a Supporting Role in a Musical at the Laurence Olivier Awards in 2020. Aimie’s electrifying performance in Six propelled her to fame, making her a fan favourite and cementing her status as a leading lady on the West End.

Following her success in Six, Aimie took on the iconic role of Vivian Ward in the West End production of Pretty Woman: The Musical. As the lead in this beloved adaptation of the classic film, Aimie showcased her incredible vocal range, charisma, and emotional depth, earning rave reviews for her portrayal of the modern-day Cinderella figure.

Before her breakthrough roles, Aimie’s talent was already widely recognised. She won the prestigious BBC Voice of Musical Theatre Award in 2006, a testament to her exceptional vocal abilities early in her career.
